  • Support the leadership team and staff to understand and act on insights
  • Incorporate insights and workforce data into a three-year Workforce Strategy

How PeopleBench helped.

  • The college used the PeopleBench Workforce Resilience Tracker™ to survey all staff across both campuses at six-monthly intervals
  • PeopleBench provided debriefs and Community of Practice support to understand the resilience results and next steps
  • PeopleBench is partnering with the college as they use the Workforce Strategy Builder™ to create their workforce strategy

Results.

  • Clear insights into the resilience profile of different staff groups, creating opportunities to connect groups across the college to learn and benefit from each others’ strengths
  • Evidence of confidence and credibility in the data and trust in the process, drawing on support from PeopleBench, with increased participation between the Resilience Tracker survey conducts
  • Improvement in overall resilience and a number of resilience factors between Resilience Tracker survey conducts
  • Access to education benchmarks through the PeopleBench platform that take into account the unique pressure points and challenges for the education workforce
  • Additional wraparound support for existing OHS and Wellbeing Committee, who are designing practical initiatives to support staff
  • Progressing to create their college Workforce Strategy

Sometimes we do something once and then we leave it and we never measure our intervention. [PeopleBench] is really quick and easy, and I think that helps our staff engage with it, too. It gives us some measures along the way that we perhaps haven’t had in the past. That adds credibility as well. Having PeopleBench sitting outside of our organisation helps give people confidence in responding to the survey.
