  • PeopleBench facilitated debriefs and Community of Practice sessions to unpack the resilience results and next steps
  • PeopleBench is partnering with the school as they use the Workforce Strategy Builder™ to implement their workforce strategy

  • ‘Eyeopening’ insights into the resilience profile of the staff group, including an assessment of staff resilience against benchmarks
  • Opportunities to share and discuss data with school staff
  • Leadership team reviewed support processes and procedures with an understanding of which groups within the school needed support, and where
  • Upward trends in resilience scores between conducts of the Resilience Tracker survey
  • A school Workforce Strategy, with a range of priorities, including support mechanisms and development for early career teachers
