We know that the [teaching] gig is a hard one, so let’s make our workforce and our place of work the best possible place it can be for our teachers and for our staff.
Being able to cut the data in ways that will really target some of the things that we want to be doing with our staff to really improve their work life has been enormously helpful so far.
I think every good educator knows that Keep It Simple is always the best in terms of communicating high level information with ease. The dashboard does a magnificent job of that.
There are plenty of metrics that are used in looking at workforces more broadly, but I think the fact that PeopleBench had a particular eye on education was really attractive to me.
