The opportunity to use a platform to gather data and then to be part of a process where we not only analyse the data, but we enact some change in response to that, is something that as a college we’re really used to doing and we’ve seen the benefits of.
The Strategy Builder would be a good example of how to create change and sustain change. It’s prompting you to do everything you should be doing when you’re wanting to make change in an organisation.
[The Workforce Strategy] is so easy to download and share with the leadership team. It presents really nicely. It conceptualises who we are and what our goals are.
The survey your staff complete is really straightforward, simple, non-confrontational. From there the insights you’re going to gain from that data are really great and can inform drastic change, or perhaps just tweaking and minor adjustments to what you’re already doing.
My experience with the Resilience Tracker is that the steps that you’re going through support you in conceptualising your direction and change. That gives you more confidence because you’ve got the data—you’ve gone through that process to reflect on it. That supports you to take the action that is needed.
Move from good intentions to evidence-informed actions on your people priorities.
