Course Inclusions:
- Each participant completes 2 x online self-rated R@W assessments – the Individual scale and the Leader scale
- Individual 90min 1:1 debriefs with an accredited facilitator
- 1 day facilitated training day with two qualified facilitators
- 2 x textbooks for ongoing learning and implementation of exercises with teams post course
- Course notes and evaluation survey distributed following the program
Course format.
Morning
- Welcome and introduction – meet each other
- Performance + well-being – looking at definitions/research, concepts and theoretical underpinnings
- Overview of the individual, team, leader toolkit
- Unpacking the individual scale (authenticity, finding your calling, maintaining perspective, mastering stress, interacting cooperatively, staying healthy and building networks)
Midday
Shared reflections from coaching and useful ideas for boosting individual resilience – further developing strategies for building individual resilience (depending on the result of the cohort individual tests we will select from the following types of content that clients often need):

Afternoon
Unpacking the leader and team scale (robust, resourceful, persevere, self-care, capable, connected, aligned. Shared reflections from leader feedback and useful ideas – ways to strengthen leadership practice and build team resilience (depending on the result of the cohort individual tests we will select from the following types of content that clients often need):
