What our clients say.

The [Resilience Tracker]  is amazing. It’s easy to use. It’s not a huge, long stack of 60 questions. The data was so easy and simple to use and read and unpack. The toolkit’s so practical and usable. It gives you practical things you can do. They’re not all large things—they’re from small to big.

Resilience-building is a culture setter. I hope there will never be a time when we “arrive”, because culture is not somewhere you arrive. You are continuously improving it. The Resilience Tracker will help us to evolve and get better and better at building resilience and for our staff to have the ability to bounce back.

  • Nevellene Linquist – Director Human Resources Carey Group

Teachers are busy. Leaders are busy. The Resilience Tracker gives us practical ways to do things—it’s not just at an aspirational, academic level. In a time when we’ve had two-three years of COVID, people are tired, the [Resilience Tracker] showed us the areas where we really needed to focus. The data is dissected in ways that matter.
